Know your community,
not just your comments.
CommunityDesk turns thousands of social media comments into meaningful conversations and remembers the people behind them.
Questions go unanswered.
Buyers scroll past.
Your best fans disappear into a thousand comments.
The conversation happens either way.
What people are talking about
See what they're actually talking about.
A busy comment sample isn't only a flat list to triage. It can contain discussions forming, growing, and cooling. See what the sample keeps returning to without reading it comment by comment.
We measured this across three capped samples: what the samples revealed.
- Championship and trophy totals90 people
- All-time greats in the roster84 people
- Campaign, story, career, and solo modes84 people
- Expanding the playable roster58 people
- Adding Jaylen Marsh56 people
These are examples from one bounded sample. Nothing tagged by hand.
No two communities talk the same way.
A game studio's roster debates. A brand's sizing questions. A coach's form checks. Every community has a shape, and CommunityDesk draws yours.
Decisions
CommunityDesk drafts. You approve.
When something needs you, it arrives as one decision: the comment, who wrote it, and a reply drafted in your voice. Edit it, approve it, or throw it away. Ordinary replies never post until you approve that exact reply. Campaign messages run only after you configure their keyword and message.
Campaigns
“Comment GUIDE and I'll send it to you.”
Write the message once, name the keyword. When someone comments it - or DMs it - CommunityDesk delivers, replies on the post, and shows you everyone who wrote back. One message per person, only to people who asked.

Yes, really. On every plan, including the $19 one. Keyword comments never count against your monthly interactions either.
The one asterisk: sends are paced to about 700 an hour per platform, which is Meta's limit rather than ours. Nothing is dropped and nothing is charged.
Insights
Measured, not vibes.
Which conversations formed, which grew, which went quiet - and how much of what could have happened, did. Numbers you can stand behind, from your own community.
Who it's for
Anyone whose comments outgrew them.
Creators
Your comments are your community. Stop skimming them and start knowing them.
Game studios
Patch feedback, roster debates, bug reports - mapped into discussions, not tickets.
Brands
Sizing questions, restock asks, buying signals - answered, captured, counted.
Agencies
Run many communities without living in every inbox.
Everyone counts comments. CommunityDesk remembers people.
A comment tool meets every commenter for the first time, every time. CommunityDesk keeps the person: how long they have been around, what they asked before, which discussions they keep coming back to.
How is the fan who has been here since launch taking the patch?
Has the person asking about a restock asked before, and did anyone answer?
In this discussion, who arrived this week and who has been here two years?
CommunityDesk never scores a person. It keeps what they said and when, so the answer is evidence you can read rather than a rating you have to trust.
Trust
Built to be trusted with your account.
Reviewed by Meta
Instagram and Facebook access goes through Meta App Review. The permissions CommunityDesk holds are on record with the platform, not self-declared.
Never your password
Connecting an account is OAuth with Instagram or Facebook. There is no screen in CommunityDesk that could ask for a social media password.
Approval is enforced in code
Ordinary replies publish only after you approve the exact text. A Campaign is the explicit exception: after you configure its keyword and message, CommunityDesk can deliver it to people who ask.
Deletion that cannot miss
Every piece of your data is scoped to your account. Deleting your account deletes from every table that carries it, and the list of tables is discovered from the database itself, so a new one cannot be forgotten.
Your community is not for sale
We never sell your data or your community’s, and people are never scored: CommunityDesk keeps what was said and when, not ratings of the humans who said it.
The full detail lives in the privacy policy.
Pricing
Upfront. No demo call.
The number you pick is the number you pay. There is no overage and no usage bill: if you reach your monthly interactions, CommunityDesk pauses reading and tells you, and upgrading is a decision you make on purpose rather than one you find on a statement.

No overage, ever. Your plan is capacity, not a starting bid. When you have used your monthly interactions, CommunityDesk pauses reading new comments and tells you - it never bills you for going over. Your comments keep being saved, campaign DMs keep sending, your blocklists keep running, and upgrading picks straight back up where it stopped. Campaign keyword comments and your own replies never count at all.
X, included then metered. Every plan watches the replies to your posts on X - read-only, CommunityDesk never posts there. Your monthly allowance is included in the plan; past it, add packs at $9.99 per 1,000 replies. Packs roll over and never expire.
Questions
Asked before you have to ask.
What does CommunityDesk actually do?
CommunityDesk reads every comment on your Instagram and Facebook posts, groups them into the conversations your community is having, and drafts replies in your voice. You approve the few decisions that need you; the map and the memory of who said what build up on their own.
Does CommunityDesk post anything by itself?
No. Ordinary replies publish only after you approve the exact text. The one exception is a Campaign you configure yourself: after you set its keyword and message, CommunityDesk can deliver that message to people who comment the keyword.
Is CommunityDesk a chatbot?
No. CommunityDesk is not a chatbot, a scheduler, or an auto-responder. It is built for the comment section: it reads what your community says, organizes it into conversations, and helps you answer as yourself.
Which platforms does CommunityDesk work with?
Instagram and Facebook, connected with OAuth through Meta App Review. Every plan also watches replies to your posts on X, read-only. Steam review reading is available for game studios.
What happens when I reach my plan limit?
CommunityDesk pauses reading new comments and tells you. There is no overage billing, ever. Your comments keep being saved, campaign DMs keep sending, and upgrading picks up exactly where it stopped.
How do I get access?
